GOLF QUESTIONS

Yes! Every golf club has individual rules regarding ‘golf attire, or dress code’ but in general the following rules apply:

Men : Golf shoes, socks, tailored pants/Bermudas, collared polo or sports/golfing t-shirt.

Ladies : Golf shoes, socks, tailored Bermudas/pants/skirt, blouse/collared polo or sports/golfing t-shirt.

Non-golfers accompanying a golfer: Dress code requirements are same as the golfer.

Yes! Caddies are required at every course. They will carry your golf clubs, assist you with club selection, repair divots, rake bunkers explain the lie of the land and help finding any lost balls. The caddy fee is currently 300 – 400 baht/caddy/18 holes at most of Thailand's golf courses.
The caddy fee does NOT include a caddy tip. An appropriate caddy tip is generally 300 – 400 baht/18 holes. The golf clubs display their recommended tip in the clubhouse or pro shop.

You can hire more than 1 caddy if you wish to have one holding your umbrella.

No! Every Thai golf club has excellent food and drink facilities in the club house and around the golf course. Thailand is a tropical country and can get quite hot and humid at times. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after your game to minimize dehydration.

Yes! All of the golf courses have excellent locker room facilities. There’s nothing nicer than a refreshing shower after a game of golf.

Most, but not all of the golf courses have carts. Sometimes they are compulsory and sometimes optional. Be sure to check on the golf course details provided.

Yes! All of the golf clubs have an excellent range of equipment for rent/sale in their pro shops.

Most times, yes`! However, there is usually a fee for those non-golfers. They are also expected to conform to the golf clubs dress code (same as the golfers). Non golfing fees are shown under the golf course details.

No! However, players are expected to have a basic knowledge of golf and golf etiquette. Slow play is not allowed as it holds up the field.

No! The golf clubs all insist on one set of clubs per player. If necessary, clubs can be hired from the pro shop.

Yes! Just ask the ‘Starter’ before you tee off if you can play with another golfer, or when you make your golf booking ask us to assist. We will make the request to the ‘Starter’ for you.

Sometimes the golf club will allow a five-ball flight, but it all depends on numbers of golfers playing that day. Four ball flights are the standard.

Some golf courses will give you a rain check and others don’t. If you suspect it may rain on your date of play check the specific golf course policy for rain checks with our staff when you book your game.

This depends on the specific golf course however generally you will be offered an alternative day/tee off time proving you have given more than 72 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Each of Phuket's golf clubs have different regulations regarding international PGA membership. Advise us when you make your booking and we will check with the specific golf course. Don’t forget to bring your PGA membership card.

To book on our internet golf booking service just click on the golf course you wish to play and complete the booking details. Your booking will be confirmed within a few hours.

Your driver will be ready to collect you about 5 hours after your tee off time. If you wish to eat before leaving the golf course, please advise the driver of the time you wish to be picked up. Please do not delay more than 1 hour after your golf has finished as the drivers may be scheduled to collect other golfers. If you wish to stay longer you will need to discuss this and any additional costs direct with the driver.

PAYMENT INFORMATION


  • 1 Online Payment – After your booking has been confirmed we will send you a direct link to our Thai bank for payment by Visa or Mastercard credit card. A receipt will be provided once your payment has been approved by the bank.
  • 2 A surcharge of 3.5% enforced by the credit card companies is applicable.
  • 3 If you cancel all or part of your booking after payment and are due to a refund, we will either hold the refund as a credit against future bookings or we will refund the payment less a levy of 300 baht/pax. This is in addition to any charges made by the golf course. If you wish to have your refund paid to your bank account, all bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • 4 You can pay online for your green fees and if you wish caddy fees, carts and transfers. If you do not pay for your caddy fees and carts, then those charges must be paid direct to the golf course. When you book your golf, the rates are clearly shown with an indication of what is included in the price and what must be paid to the golf course.
